We are looking for Customer Support to provide support to our customers via phone, web, email, chat and other channels as required.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Provide prompt and accurate information to customers.
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports.
- Follow the SLA for solving customers problems.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
- Bachelor degree preferred.
- Working experience in customer support.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa.
