We are looking for Customer Support to provide support to our customers via phone, web, email, chat and other channels as required.


Responsibilities:


  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
  • Provide prompt and accurate information to customers.
  • Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports.
  • Follow the SLA for solving customers problems.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree preferred.
  • Working experience in customer support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa.
